For as long as our team can remember we have all been caring for animals. From our first pet as a child to our current households of pets, animals are an important part of all of our family units.
If the day hasn't gone too well for one of our teammates, Mittens is there to snuggle and make things better. Need a distraction and stress release, Happy will play fetch and keep away with his favorite toys for hours with another teammate. If we need a companion to sit and purr happily on our lap at the office, Biscuit fits perfectly, and on special days if you're lucky, Cali may choose to hang out with us and let you scratch her ears. What a special day indeed!

30+ Years of Industry Experience
Our team has been blessed with being a part of the veterinary industry for 30+ years. We have experience within various divisions of the veterinary medical industry including: veterinary practice, pharmaceutical research and development, veterinary supply distribution and veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Our team has also sought to support and give back to the industry we all call home. Some of our team’s proudest moments include: creating a veterinary technician association to bring free, after-hours, Continuing Education to technicians, guest lecturing at multiple veterinary technician schools and serving on advisory boards for accredited veterinary technician programs.

Our team members have also served with various humane societies, animal rescues and community outreach programs to bring veterinary care to individuals and communities that need support. We have also volunteered time and personal resources to aid rescue and support efforts for lost and abandoned animals during natural disasters.
During our team’s professional careers, we have had the pleasure of meeting, partnering with, and learning from many veterinarians and industry specialists in business management, client support and retention, marketing, social media use and management, and various medical devices' uses and training.
We have also partnered with many practices over the years in our various roles to help veterinarians streamline staff education, define marketing messaging and set up staff programs to maintain focus, reach business growth goals and staff development in specific areas of business.
Creative problem-solving is a common link with our PetPaksDVM team. All of us look at problems as opportunities and enjoy using our creativity to find solutions and bring new perspectives to projects. It is this outside-of-the-box thinking that served as the initial spark to develop a tool for the veterinary industry that our PetPaksDVM team calls home.

When our pet’s automated Care Journey is utilized with clients, it provides an easy-to-use, consistent resource that helps to educate pet owners about their pet’s conditions, diseases or injuries. The veterinarian is always in control of what information is sent to the pet owner to review concerning their pet’s health. This pre or post-education allows the veterinarian to engage more deeply with clients during exams, phone consultations or telemedicine appointments, and allows the client to participate in their pet’s healthcare decisions more confidently.
